Overcoming Your Fear of Flying!

For those who experience anxiety about air travel.

Even experienced flyers sometimes feel anxiety about flight. It has been estimated that about one-sixth of the population fears aviation. Overcoming Your Fear of Flying offers education and skill building for frequent flyers as well as those who are considering taking their first flight.

Next Session: February 2013 (Class dates: February 2, 9, 16 and 23)

Future Session:  October 2013 (Class dates: October 5, 12, 19 and 26)

Goals of the Class

Overcoming Your Fear of Flying classes help people reach two important goals:

1) Using commercial flight as a means of transportation, and...

2) Reducing the amount of anxiety and fear that go along with thinking about or taking commercial flight.

What You Will Learn

The focus of Overcoming Your Fear of Flying is on providing members of the class with the skills and understanding they need to feel more comfortable about flying. To reach this goal, the class concentrates on two areas: learning about airplanes and how they fly, and learning about the causes and cures of fear.
